  we have been customers for just over a year, bought our tank from them and for the first season we were treated very well, pricing is also very good. THEN this fall something happened to their customer service. We set up on a three week FILL and it never happened, each month we had to call, several times, and were told each time “we dont fill on demand”. It seemed their “schedule” meant little if anything. Last week we were getting low and I called to confirm delivery was imminent. YES was the response, however that was Wednesday, today is Sunday and no fuel, now at 10% and with windchill we will be at 10 below tonight. THEN I received a call from Bruce Turner, who apologized and confirmed a delivery would be made today (Sunday, NY Eve), had several other suggestions how to improve things for our property as well. So far my faith has been restored. Will revisit this post and increase the STAR rating if it all plans out as promised. FEBRURARY 20,2017 UPDATE: As promised I return to update this review, and have moved to a five star. This company has gone above and beyond to take care of us and without a single need for a call. They have accommodated our needs during the cold winter with consistent timely service and with a courteous friendly and caring driver. Thank you Keystone and we highly recommend them to all!

  1. They never deliver on the time they say they will even when the driver is in routing, and your put on a "delivery list." 2. They always seem to not be able to find my name in their system. 3. I pay off my bill and Im told it hasnt been even though I have reciepts and confirmation number. Either they have monkeys working for this company or someone doesnt know how to do their job when it comes to verifying customer information. Also make sure you pay off your bill with them before it goes to collections otherwise they refuse to provide you with heat again, even after you have paid them in full. They are rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and lack communication. This is the last year my husband and I will be doing business with these assholes.

  Well I called them on friday. The lady on the phone said next week yada yada yada. It's now Wednesday still no propane. So now my tank is empty and she says ur scheduled for tomorrow. So you want me to freeze all night pretty much? Well we can't help that. I'm a small business owner myself and if there's an emergency I'm always there. Poor communication.
